“Bradley and I met when we were 3 years old. My family had moved from Houston, Texas to Arvada, Colorado. We moved into a duplex and little did I know the love of my life was on the other side of that duplex. Our parents soon became friends and would trade off watching my sister, Micayla, and I and Bradley and his brother, Nick. We lost touch after moving about an hour away. We reconnected after finding each other on Facebook in the 7th grade. EVERY weekend our parents would meet half way and we would get to see each other. When Bradley proposed to me, I woke up and he was not in our apartment I found a note on our table directing me to get ready and to go to a spot we had a date at when we were 13 years old. I got to the spot and there was another note, to go to the spot we had our first date at. It became clear that he was having me go on a scavenger hunt. Each spot I drove to was a special moment we had in our relationship, our first kiss, our first place we lived at together, our first school dance, etc. It ended about an hour away at our favorite camp ground. He was standing on the other side of a bridge that crossed a river with the ring box in his hand. I never knew I could love anyone more than I love Bradley.”
You read that right! They met when they were just babies! How special is that? I am so honored to be a part of their history and to be able to capture this day that was meant to be for.. ever!
Madalynn and Brad chose to tie the knot in Morrison, Colorado at Willow Ridge Manor. I love this place! Gregory is a RIOT and so fun to be around! Everyone is always so professional and extremely helpful. Top notch service.
I have to take a moment to talk about true friendship. One of Madalynns bridesmaids was in a car accident on the way to the venue. She went to the hospital where she discovered she sprained her ankle. Instead of going home and resting, she was THERE JUST in time to walk down the aisle! Thats true ride or die friendship. GOALS!
I cannot wait to see how these two grow together.
Enjoy!
