I've been specializing in wedding photography for 8 years. When I shot my first wedding I fell head over heels with the chaos and hustle and bustle of it all. You've spent so long dreaming and planning of this day thats all about you and your love. Its hectic and sometimes messy and emotional but then you see your love and everything else fades away. That is where I come in. That moment. Im going to capture that moment. I will capture the moments you wont be able to see or remember in the chaos but I strive in getting those real emotions and laughs and crys and joy between my couples.

Once we've decided on the perfect collection for you, let's get you booked! 30% of the total is due to book your big day, plus a signed contract. I make it all super simple to complete online.

I am available to chat at any time with whatever you need. About a month before your big day we will get together and discuss your timeline and shot list to ensure a smooth day.

You totally have the right to personally print your images wherever you want, even though I provide a great lab for printing and great rates. However, as is standard in the wedding photography industry, you don’t have the right to sell the images for profit or to publish your images anywhere without direct consent of Courtney Jewell Photography.

I heard something about the rights to my photos...
Ultimately, it all depends on how many hours you select in your wedding package, if we have to travel from place to place, or if the bride or groom arrives two hours late (happened before). Furthermore, if you have a large wedding or a small intimate wedding, or even an elopement in the woods, that changes everything. However, for an average wedding, 75-100 images per hour is delivered.
How many images will we RECEIVE?
Certainly not, and I wouldn’t want all my unflattering photos sent to me either. I photograph throughout your whole wedding day, and you don’t need the testing images, light setup images, out of focused images, one eye opened and the other half closed, duplicate images, the awkward horse face laugh, you get the point.
Do we get all images?
So this actually happened. ONE time. My daughter went into emergency surgery the day of one of my weddings. I had my associate photographer there to cover me the whole day, so nothing was missed! I edited all the beautiful photos and sent it right on off. I am well connected with so many wonderful photographers in Colorado that would come to my aid and be there for you, as I would for them. Also, I'm pretty pain tolerant - it would take a lot for me to not show up!
WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS AND YOU CANT SHOOT OUR WEDDING?
Reach out via the contact form! Tell me your story, tell me what you're looking for! Ill tell you more about me and make sure your date is available. You can either book me right then or we can meet in person for coffee or drinks! Once you're ready to book I'll send over your detailed proposal: what you're getting, pricing, and the contract. You can pay your retainer right online. SO easy. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your big day, but you can make payments at any time. In the meantime I'm available to answer any and all questions. I don't assume you've been married before and I know how daunting it all can be. Just ask away!
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
I believe in finding your soul mate, your best friend, the macaroni to your cheese, the Jim to your Pam. I want to capture these moments for you. As you make it official and come together to celebrate the two of you, I want to capture it all.
